40 bar (Bx G1/8")
The Beamex 40 bar hoses are rated for 40 bar / 600 psi and have Bx G1/8” female threads at ends. The 40 bar hoses are compatible with internal pressure modules 100m to 20C without additional fittings. For internal and external high pressure modules, an additional fitting is required. See more in Pressure fittings guide.

Usage instructions
- Never exceed the maximum working pressure of the pressure hose. Environmental conditions may also limit the maximum pressure
- For reliable and safe performance of your calibrator, always use original Beamex pressure hoses.
- Do not use the same hose for gases and liquids.
- Avoid performing pressure calibrations in direct sunlight; thermal expansion of the hose can cause unstable readings.
- Do not bend the hose to a radius smaller than 20 mm; this will cause damage.
- Immediately replace the hose if it shows any damage, kinks, cracks in the outer shell, or bent connectors.
- Beamex recommends replacing all pressure hoses every five years, even if no damage is visible.
