REGISTERING TO THE WEBSHOP
To register to the WebShop, please fill the form: click on the icon as illustrated below
Click on Register, to get the registration form. Fill the form and click CREATE ACCOUNT.
IF YOU ARE IN EU OR UK, you are required to fill the VAT number for customs reporting purposes.
PLACE AN ORDER
SIGN IN USING THE email address you registered with and enter the password.

You can search for products by using the search function, by Categories, and by clicking on the product picture as shown below:
Click on the product, check the quantity and add to cart
After you have added the product to cart, you have the choices to view the Cart, Proceed to Checkout, or to continue shopping.
TO FINALISE THE ORDERING PROCESS, CLICK ON PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
TO PRINT YOUR CART AND USE IT AS A QUOTE; PLEASE CLICK ON VIEW OR EDIT CART. THE PRINTED CART CAN BE HANDED TO THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT.
FILL THE DETAILS, CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD IF PRESENTED WITH CHOICES (FILL CREDIT CARD DETAILS), AGREE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLACE THE ORDER
If your order has been successful, you will receive an order acknowledgement email as shown below.

Q/ Do I need to raise a PO to be able to complete my order?
A/ No you don’t need a purchase order to complete your order.
Q/ Where can I enter my PO as a reference?
A/ Enter your PO on the CUSTOMER COMMENT field.
Q/ Can I print my order or shopping cart?
A/ Yes, it is possible by clicking on print. You can save the document as a PDF file.
Q/ What happens if I forget to complete my order?
A/ The system will remind you by sending you a reminder email with a link to your cart.
Q/ Do you always have goods in stock?
A/ Yes, all items sold on WebShop are shelf items.
Q/ When can I expect my order delivery?
A/ Orders are shipped on the next day basis.
